With Us
At Castlemain, we work in complex, emotional, and often painful processes shaped by intergenerational trauma, systemic barriers, and ongoing inequities.
We know that work that’s grounded in care, cultural safety, and trust can make a difference for communities, claimants, and the people who support them.
Come work where culture, compassion, and community matter.
Our team includes communications professionals, project managers, claims helpers, researchers, wellness advocates, and engagement specialists, many of whom bring lived experience as Indigenous Peoples or equity-deserving individuals. Together, we are building something that matters.

Who are Claims Helpers?
Castlemain employs more than 140 people whose work is dedicated to providing trauma-informed, culturally safe support and respectful, community-focused assistance to help people complete claims for compensation from class action settlements.
Many of our claims helpers are Indigenous and located in urban, rural, and remote settings from coast to coast to coast. Castlemain provides training, building on community-based experience, so claims helpers can support people through what can sometimes be a challenging and retraumatizing experience. This work is rewarding, but it can also be heavy. Our comprehensive wellness program supports our team as they support others.
